The Dix property has a spectacular view of Downtown [...]

A Bit of North Carolina Tradition Arrives in Kuwait City

One of our family memories and traditions involves stopping by the Krispy Kreme doughnut shop on the corner of Person and Peace in Downtown Raleigh, hoping to catch the “Hot” sign glowing in the window. For the uninformed, the Hot sign means this — lurking behind the counter, by request, are hot doughnuts that are [...]

Downtown Raleigh Real Estate – Condo Market

It appears the downtown condominium projects are seeing their one- and two-bedrooms units getting sold with more frequency than the three-bedroom units. Downtown developers are taking note and one developer (John Bruckel) who is building the 117-unit Bloomsbury Estates at Boylan Avenue and Hargett Street, split several three-bedroom condos into one and two-bedroom units.
