Cary, NC ranks #5 in Top 10 Best Places and it is not hard to understand — Cary is such a beautifully planned town with lots of greenery along the parkways through the area. The town fathers (and mothers) have taken great care (a very conservative sign ordinance has been one of the major issues over the years and it has certainly paid off, appearance wise) to make Cary an extraordinarily beautiful town and place to live. Way to go, Cary!
